Executive Function

Helping students plan, organize and complete their work is the job of the frontal lobe of the brain. These executive functions are essential to a happy, gratifying and successful academic journey. Typically, students with ADHD struggle with executive function skills. We provide customized intervention to help students organize and self-regulate. We will help students create customized systems to keep track of assignments, plan steps necessary to complete these assignments and get them turned in on time. We help them stay the course when they don’t feel like it, and we help them take ownership of their learning.
